Text Box: River City Roast Thursday April 30, 2009 10:30 am– 1:30 pm Decatur Elks Lodge In recognition of April being child abuse awareness month, we will be selling Barbecue plates available for delivery to your place of business (minimum 15 plates) or pick-up. Cost per plate $7.00 and includes a generous portion of pork barbecue, slaw, baked beans, and chips. We will also be serving buffet lunch—cost $10 per person– all you-can-eat that day at the Elks Lodge. Deadline for delivery orders are Friday, April 24, 2009. Contact Teresa Young at 355-1908 extension 10 or e-mail your orders to tyoung@morgancountycac.org MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!Text Box: “Child Abuse Awareness Month” April is child abuse awareness month and on Thursday, April 2, 2009, the Morgan County CAC along with PACT, DHR, and the Boys & Girls Club will host a kick-off at 11:00 a.m. at the Morgan County Courthouse. Everyone is invited to join us for free hot dogs and soft drinks. Also in recognition of the children, the Morgan County CAC will have 350 pinwheels planted in the yard around the building to recognize the 350 children that We have worked with since the CAC began serving children in September 2006.
