The Morgan County Child Advocacy Center is not a government agency.  Instead, the

Executive Director answers to a nine-member board of directors who are active within

local government which includes representatives from law enforcement, mental health,

city government, child abuse prevention, medical, child protective services, and the

local newspaper.
